I know that many of you have it, and so do I. However, I want to know if you have had particularly bad times of an episode, and if so, did you notice it after you had done something you maybe shouldn't have? Example: yesterday I worked at our community breakfast and stood up for about 2 hours. The rest of the day, I was not only wiped out, I had muscle spasms in my legs all night, so even tho I took muscle relaxers, I could not sleep hardly at all until I gave in and took the 3rd one. My hips hurt so badly, I wanted to cry, but, due to the weather, I thought that maybe it was the arthritis. ( Let's not run out of ailments here) Anyways, I just wanted to see if you think the standing is what did it.

I have it but it's much better now now that I'm on dialysis. I wouldn't think standing would of did it as for me standing actually helped me. It was sitting for me that would flair it up.
