Oh Gawd, this is SO cute...

Got a stuffed Kiwi bird in the post this morning... Brown and fluffy with cream beak and feet... When you squeeze him, he makes such realistic Kiwi bird noises...

My mum played with him for AGES this morning!...

Thank you Hanify... Much appreciated!... :grouphug;

Love...

I took my little kiwi with me tonight for Bingo. We have a custom that when I-22 is called, everybody has ducks or whatever that they squeeze and it makes a lot of racket, so Kiwi got in on that tonight. Also brought me a bit of luck, I won a $75.00 jackpot but, had to split it with another winner. First time I have won in a long, long time tho, so I am happy winning $38.00

Yesterday I spent some time talking to my neighbor across the street. Dont often do that because this little old lady can talk without breathing for far longer than my legs will hold me up. At any rate, I always thought she was from England, but, no, she is from New Zealand of all places and she tells me the kiwi bird gift is for good luck. It seems to be working too. How about that!!!
