Simmering pots of soup, homemade bread baking, mums and pumpkins on the porch, windows open and airconditioner OFF!    Our days are still in the 70's and 80's but nights are cool and the trees are just starting to turn colors.  I love fall, but I enjoy every season and it is hard to pick a favorite.

Going through life tied to a chair!

« Reply #29 on: October 19, 2007, 02:45:48 PM »

I love this time of year.  The City utilities make NO money off me.  I'm not running my AC or my Heat.  My house gets to about 74 during the day and 70 at night.  This morning it was 71.  Perfect!

Rob showing off his pot of gold!

« Reply #31 on: October 19, 2007, 03:36:12 PM »

We had the perfect weather last weekend.  It was sunny and crisp, perfect!  Our family along with some of Rob's family went pumpkin picking and made scarecrows.  The farm had warm apple cider donuts, mmmm, and lots of fun activities.  Then we went back to my in-laws and watched the kids play.  Perfect!

Today it is warm, high 60's and humid.  Yesterday the weather was so strange, we had swarms of lady bugs on our house, ewwww!
