right now, due to nurse staffing problems, we cannot get help for my dad with the recycler at night. (He cannot be responsible for the machine himself)
I am having to spend every night with him and that will not continue to be an option.

We can get home health to help with manuals  during the day.

They are asking me what hours I need help for? What do I say?  What does your schedule look like with 4-5 fills during a day?

I wake up late and go to bed late, so when I was on manual PD, my schedule looked like exchanges at 9am, 2pm, 7pm, and 12am. For the last month of manual, I switched to 5 fills a day, at 9am, 1pm, 5pm, 9pm, and 12am.

Did you ask them about a possible xxray to check the catheter?  He really seems to have way more pain than is normal on pd.  Didn't you say he also had bad pain on manuals?  Anyway, to answer your question, I used to do a bag at 7am, midday, 5pm and 10pm.
Cheers.

When I did 4 manuals a day, it was 7-12-5-10.  When they upped me to 5 a day it was 7-11-3-7-10.  Don't even ask me about the 6 a day!
