I cannot wait!  I have located a Zumba class that is very close to my house!  If I had a bike I could ride it to the class!  Only it doesn't start back up until school begins.   :thumbdown;    Zumba is a new aerobic dance class that combines dance and aerobic exercise.  The music sounds Latin or Cuban.  It looks like so much fun!  I hope this is what I need to get this transplant/prednisone weight off for good.  I've been wanting to get back into dancing for so long now.  This sounds great!  If you google Zumba you should be able to find a video of a class.  Come on school!  START!!!

There are several of my co-workers that take the Zumba class at our local YMCA.  They told me all about and it sounds really fun.  I want to join them once all my abdominal/groin pain goes away.  Still hurt from my transplant and could use to loose some weight.

Kelly, this sounds like a perfect thing for a theater geek to do!  I know you will love dancing again.  You give me great hope and inspiration!  Not that I will be dancing   :rofl;   :rofl;
