Hello:  This is my first post on I Hate Dialysis and the welcome in response to my introduction has been truly appreciated.  As I had mentioned in that introduction my partner is seeking a live kidney donation and it is very conceivable that he will soon begin dialysis.
     Our motivation to continue on this site is to gain information and tips on how we can best approach the process of dialysis.  It is our wish to enter the program as informed participants.
     My partner has chosen the fistula route and will receive treatment at a near-by clinic.  In time he hopes to gain the confidence needed to have the dialysis in-home.
     We look forward to getting to know you over time and if our messages continue to be received as our introduction has we are most fortunate and very grateful.
