Three years ago today I got my  kidneys. I am fortunate to have great communication with my donor family. This past weekend they helped raise money for Children's Hospitals in his memory.
I saw my nephrologist on Friday. He is very pleased with my progress. My creatinine is 1.0. My Bun and Uric Acid are normal. It has been an interesting three years. Thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement.  :)

Three years?  That is great Romona.    :yahoo;      I have told your story to many.  It is amazing and very special that you have such good contact with the donors family.
