Yes.  I remember seeing a thread where you could click on it and get to an IHD poster.  Anyone else remember where it was?

Wow  :thumbup; What a differences with the shopping list, it looks great now, I wish it was bigger so I could print it off and stick it on my fridge. Has this site got an official poster, so I could put it on John's renal units site and hopefully have a lot more UK people join, I feel out in the cold sometimes. Yvonne.
It's so interesting that you should ask this at this time.  I just downloaded our flyer to put on our bulletin board.  Go directly to www.ihatedialysis.com (not the forum), scroll down and you will see it. Just click on it.
John, send me a PM with your email and I will send it to you as an attachment that you can print out.
In fact, I will attach it to this post right now. It is a Word document.

Thank you bajanne2000 I found the flyer and printed it off and will take it to Johns renal clinic on his next visit and ask the nurse if I can put it on the notice board. I've also printed off the shopping list after deleting the food that us Brits don't have in our shops, like Yams , snappers and King fish! Changed Candy into sweets and that was all. I am putting it on the fridge to try and get it home to John what he can eat and what he can't.
I hope they will let me put it on as it will brighten up the dreary notice board and hope while we are sitting waiting for our turn look at people reading it and taking down the site number.
Good luck with your notice board I'm sure you will make a good job of it.  Yvonne
