Have some fun for me, while you are there, too!  :bandance; :bandance;

I'm so jealous.
I have been unable to go with my daughter and husband to all her college trips to see where she will go. I don't have the energy and don't want to hold them up. They have called me in the evenings to let me know how it goes. I figure when she finally decides which school to attend in the Fall, I will finally be able to go when it's time to settle her in to the dorms. You are very fortunate to be able to do this with her. Have fun and know that just being able to have the experience is very special.

I hope you're having fun Karol! Watch out for those New York drivers though. They're crazy!! I can say that because I learned to drive in New York. I've been called crazy before.  :urcrazy;

Becca has narrowed it down to NY and Switzerland.
Hopefully she will decide soon.

 :clap; Becca decided to go to Bard College located in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York. (YAY! Switzerland is sooo far!)

I was going to post NY photos here but there are way too many! You are welcome to view them on flickr - this is the set from NY City and the colleges.

I'm glad (for your sake Okarol) that Becca decided on New York but I was secretly hoping she'd choose Switzerland, only because I love it and Europe is so very amazing and she could have visited my cousin who lives there, and she'd have the chance to learn at least one new language and...okay sorry...got carried away as if this has anything at all to do with me.

Bard College will be a terrific experience for her and we'll get to see more great photos of that area from you.  But you know, your shots of Switzerland would have been out of this world too.  Oops, just slapped myself so you wouldn't have to do it.

High five Becca.

I was supportive of her going to Switzerland too - but with the cost of airfares we wouldn't have seen her until summertime (and we wouldn't been able to visit her.) Who knows, she may do a study abroad program - "Nearly 50% of Bard students participate in at least one global or international program during their time at Bard. Some spend a year, a term, or a summer studying abroad" - so that will help to fulfill her desire to travel.
