Community Nutrition Survey for Renal Patients.

I am a Nutrition student at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA and interested in becoming a Renal Dietitian.

You have been chosen to fill out the survey, in order, to help me with a Community Nutrition project. The more people who respond, the greater the help to me.

Thank you so much, everyone!!

I got the impression she was an ESL student, at least from the survey she created - hence the somewhat off phrasing?

Hallo, jbeany, what does ESL stand for? And what is Dietitics?
I went through the survey but did not comprehend what it is about.
For example it asked about eating potatoes and I have not touched any potatoes or tomatoes since August 2006 when I first was told my kidneys would be finished by January 2007.
It also asked about drinking tomato-juice and I would not think that it is recommendable either.
It also mentioned tinned food and I haven't touched tinned food for years.
It says it is a Community Nutrition Survey for Renal Patients.
What would that be?

canned food

ESL=English as a Second Language - at least down here anyway.

I have not taken the survey but sounds like the focus on tomato juice etc is to see how many renal patients are following their renal diet or not - or at least understanding what are good and bad foods to have for dialysis/renal patients.
