It never ceases to amaze me - the spam email scams that I get sometimes - usually untitled "Dear One" or "Your sweepstakes ticket has been chosen!" but here'a new one - sheesh:

The sad part is that some people who can least afford it will bite... What do you do with notes, calls, etc. like this?  I've tried contacting BBB but they don't care.

If you look at the header from that email and check where it was send from, it comes from Africa, most generally Nigeria.  There's an entire community of people on the internet (called baiter's) who "play along" with
the scammers trying to waste their time and keep them away from victims. Is a multimillion dollar a year business for Nigeria although their are scammers in every country.  Some of the exchanges of letters between the baiter's and scammers are hilarious.  See some at: http://www.419eater.com/.
