So I just got off the phone with my father. And yey!!!!! :bandance; Okay so he went to the doctor this morning.  And he is cancer free!  They got it all.  They told him he was gonna need a little bit of chemo, but as of today that is no more.  :2thumbsup;  So he is very happy he doesn't have to go through chemo.

And another note he has lost 10 kilos in the last 2 weeks.  The doctor is a little worried about that. I guess even with removing part of his Colan he shouldn't be dropping it that fast. But my dad is eating all he can handle at the moment is soup and toast. But he is eating. There isn't much more we can do.  But hoping the weight drop slows down some.

So that is it for now. Just wanted to give you all a update on how he is doing.

MandaMe, that is wonderful news.  :clap; About the losing weight, my hubby had most of his small intestine and large intestines removed and part of his colon, he has what is called short gut. Your Dad will have trouble gaining weight very fast, but if he maintains what he has is a good thing. Small meals with lots of calories is what we have been told. Please keep us updated on how he is doing.  :cuddle;
