Life's a bitch and then you go on dialysis!

« on: April 04, 2009, 08:30:14 AM »

Had it done yesterday. I'm typing this left handed and I just typed a detailed post which took me ages and then somehow lost it before I could post it. So briefly the fistula 'buzz' was quite faint after surgery and the surgeon said it might fail so last night I sat with warm packs on it and this morning it's now going like an express train.  :bandance; :bandance; :bandance;

I'm glad it worked out nicely. Any pain at all? How did you choose your doctor?
