Finally!! I spoke with my coordinator at the OSU Transplant Center and he said that my surgeon has dropped the requirement that I meet with the transplant nephrologist to determine if I'ml a candidate yet. I didn't doubt she would since I'm on dialysis now. So now, the committee meets tomorrow!! And I should know by tomorrow if I'm listed or not!! Yay!! I wish the University of Cincinnati would hurry up and call me now. I'd rather get my transplant there.

Oct 41, 2007 - Got fistula placed.
Feb 13, 2008 - Activated on "the list".
Nov 5, 2008 - Received living donor transplant from my sister-in-law, Etta.
Nov 5, 2011 - THREE YEARS POST TRANSPLANT!  :D

Ha!  I never even noticed the date of this thread.  Sorry!   It's funny, because when I read it my first thought was "I thought she was already on "the list".   I should have went with my gut.   :rofl;
