One of my clients called me and told me there was a short blurb about an artificial kidney that was developed by LA based Xcorporeal.  It can clean blood around the clock.  It is fully automated, battery operated, waterproof and weighs less than 5 pounds.

Has anyone heard of this before? It said it would be one of the newest medical breakthroughs...................
