Hi to everyone. I am a new member. I am taking care of my grandmother at home and her kidneys have failed. I am looking for advice and hoping to make new friends along the way.

Your grandmother is very fortunate to have you. This is a wonderful place for support, so I hope we can be a good place for you right now. Post often. Ask questions, rant, or come for a laugh. There is a ton of information. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
