"It is not what you say to patients that they will remember, its how you make them feel."  I just heard that quote recently and liked it.

I think my unit is, for the most part, great.  Good, knowledgable people.  Every now and then, some attitude, which is easily taken care of.  techs, and nurses do the patient care.  Ratio of 4/1 per the state of Texas.  techs CAN NOT touch a catheter in Texas.  We are lucky, about 120 years of combined Dialysis experience.  More Dr.s, EVERY day in the clinic.  Pts. are seen once a week, that's another post...
