Hello
I am brand new to the site.  I work in dialysis and one of my patients told me about it.  I did PD with a foster child for a few years.  After they were adopted, I wanted to continue to work in dialysis and became a PCT in HD.  Altogether I have worked in dialysis for 4 years.

Welcome to our community!!  I am so pleased that you take such an interest in your patients that you join our website.  This website has been a means of empowerment for many of us dealing with renal failure.  You will see that we have quite a few workers in dialysis who are members of this site, which is much more than just a kidney forum - we are officially a family.  So welcome to the family.  :grouphug;  I look forward to your input.  Expect to hear much from you.

Welcome.  The views of people who work in dialysis are always invaluable.  You see the other side of the patient coin. Often we get caught tup in the little things of the disease, and you all can pull us into the bigger picture.
