Just try this. It is from an orthopedic surgeon. See if you can outsmart your foot.
1. While sitting where you are at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.

I did think of you when I posted this, Boxman. Unfortunately, I am not coordinated enough to try it on the left side. And it might be necessary to switch directions on the six. Any lefties out there?

my left foot is smarter than my right foot it can do one rotation and one 6 what you learn everyday at IHD is amazing it just trained my left foot to do more
