"Transplant Nation provides a place to find support and assistance for transplant candidates and recipients. A community of people who understand."

This site is very similar to Facebook however it is specifically designed with Dialysis patients, possible transplant recipients and donors in mind. I highly recommend checking this site out... there is also a team of doctors and medical professions supporting this site.

Just a side note... Cameron who created this site has also offered his kidney to me if we're a match... Cam is a family friend but I really haven't seen him in about 10 years, really warms your heart to know there are people like him out there.
I can't thank him and his family enough for everything they have done.
