Due to start mine next week. What are your thoughts? Have you had this vaccine yet?

I had a round of shots (4) and it didn't take so now I am on round 2. One shot a month.

I had three vaccinations six months apart. I don't if I'm scheduled for any more.

Yeah I had that batch of shots...no biggie...seems like there were 3 or 4 of them spread out over 6 months...

Standard procedure here when you start. I think you have one shot the first session/week, then another a month later, then the 3rd 3 or 6 months later (can't remember). Didn't feel a thing and the labs keep coming back positive for hep b antibodies so I'm good to go I guess :)

Yep, required by one of the transplants centers I am listed at.  Just another series of shots. No problem.

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017

Had them, had the test to see if the vaccine was covering and it was not. So had another 3 jabs, 2 one week apart and the third one one month later.
