I met BigSteve and his wife today at the RSNhope.org dialysis meeting.  We met up in the hallway after the meeting and had a conversation.  He says hi.

Kitkatz, great to meet you and your husband. This was just after the RSNHope seminar.
I thought much of the meeting was for newbies, but the talk by the social worker on
depression was good. Except it made me depressed. LOL. I don't know if I can make
Vegas, but let me know if we are having an L.A. meeting. Steve

Another meeting!  Did anyone get  :pics;      Tell us more about the discussion on depression.    It is always exciting when IHD members can meet face to face :thumbup;

Sorry, Paris, no snaps. I didn't know Kitkatz was there until as we were leaving I heard
her mention IHD to someone. Kitkatz must always be proselytizing for IHD. The talk on depression
was by a clinical social worker who went for years leading a normal like with a wife and children
and functioning apparently until he realized he had been depressed for years. He had a short
hospital stay and is now on medication. He discussed the various indications of depression and
anxiety.

Thanks, Big Steve.  I am always interested in hearing people's thoughts on depression.  I wonder how many live with it, but not recognizing it.
