I know from her posts that she was doing well after her transplant. She hasn't posted in a couple of weeks. I hope everything is continuing to go well for her.

1972: Diagnosed with "chronic kidney disease" (no specific diagnosis)
1994: Diagnosed with FSGS
September 2011: On transplant list with 15 - 20% function
September 2013: ~7% function. Started PD dialysis
February 11, 2014: Transplant from deceased donor. Creatinine 0.57 on 2/13/2014

I haven't heard anything, but I  am hoping that she and Joe are doing well.

I hope so too, but sometimes the change after transplant is so profound that I think sometimes people fade away from IHD. Not necessarily intentionally but they get busy with life. I hope that is all it is anyway.
