It's three A.M., you are in a deep sleep -- suddenly the fire alarm goes off . . .

As you run out of the house, what's the first thing you'd grab (excluding things that breathe)?

Music box brought from Germany in 1800's.
Photo albums.
Mom's wedding ring.

Dang it, Karol.  I was never good with limits.

Wow, I really never thought about this.  The kids and dogs, then ???  Maybe a photo album - and a wedding picture.  And my purse with phone.  Move the car out of the driveway.  ... Good question.  Huummm, I will think on this a bit.

Because we have had hurricanes, I have learned to keep irreplaceable things in one spot, where I can grap them quickly.  And it is silly, but I always keep my purse and shoes together when I go to bed (even at a hotel).  Makes you think twice about what is important and what isn't.

Hubby's artificial legs.  They cost a mint and then some.

I would grab shoes and the bathrobe first. I sleep in the nude.

Then maybe the IMAC.

My huband, son and the dogs, then I would grab my bra.  My worst nightmare is for my boobs to be hanging while people are gathered all around (hey, I have a big chest!).   :shy;

Apparently, and only because this has happened before - my Maritime training kicks in and throw on clothes over my pajamas and try to get to my muster station.  Just ask mom - she was witness to that in Vegas!
