(We are a little late posting this because our trip became quite intense after leaving LA. We have been home since just after midnight on Thursday, but were are still "sleeping it off".)

We had the pleasure of meeting Livecam while visiting LA. We met him just after work and he took us on a tour of Hollywood, then to a favorite restaurant for dinner. Good food and good company. Livecam, thank you. We really enjoyed our afternoon with you.

The pleasure was mine.  Thanks for going out of your way and coming to Hollywood.  Tell them the truth..you wouldn't let me put a dime on the table and we fought over the check for at least ten minutes.  Thanks for coming and for an excellent dinner.

That's all well and good but when are you coming to Wisconsin? Sometime in March Boxman,Kitkatz and I are hookin up in Milwaukee. I gotta check the dates. It would be like too kool for school to meet you and Alene.  :bandance; Get some rest you'll need it.  :) Maybe Livecam would join in too!

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
Found a swap living donor using social media, friends, family.
New kidney in a paired donation swap July 26, 2017.

1993 diagnosed with glomerulonephritis.
Oct 41, 2007 - Got fistula placed.
Feb 13, 2008 - Activated on "the list".
Nov 5, 2008 - Received living donor transplant from my sister-in-law, Etta.
Nov 5, 2011 - THREE YEARS POST TRANSPLANT!  :D
