Welcome Icecream.  Do you have that name because you can't have any?   :rofl;

Sounds like you have an active life but miss your other active life.  I understand.  Come here anytime to vent and listen to me vent.

Glad you found us?

 :welcomesign;    We are glad you joined us.  I grew up near Warren, Ohio, and have good childhood memories of the Cleveland area.   My sister loves camping on Kelly's Island in Lake Erie.     This site is great for information, support and for friendships.  We really lean on each other and help each other through bad and good times.   And we have LOTS of dog lovers here!   Post often and we look forward to learning more about you and your journey.    :cuddle;

Hello Icecream to IHD,

I love camping also, only we have a permanent site about an hour from where we live. That has it's ups and downs. Looks like you will be celebrating 50 years of marriage soon, wow that is a real milestone. Congratulations.  Glad you found us, if you can't make friends here than you can't make friends anywhere.

Hello Ice Cream and welcome to IHD from another nebie,having joined this past week.

I too was a very avid camper but had to quit as DW did not drive and heart problens meant no long trips. Wife reminds me of this every time we see a trailer going down the road.

Dialysis sint that great and I am giving it a good try.  Getting a fistula in 2 weeks or so surgeon says.

As I write this I am about to leave for the dialysis clinic.  Appt is for 6:30 AM  but I always am a bit early

Lets hear more from you
