I think its kinda like jello, it just adds up too damn fast  :thumbdown;  Do you (or did you) still urinate and then all of a sudden it slowed down or stopped even?  You ate a bagel and cheese everyday?  how 'bout instead of a piece of cheese a scrambled egg on a bagel or wrapped in a tortilla, that gives you your protein and starch (i've been talking to a endocrinologist) :P  There are so many other options to eat i think it is just pretty much finding the things you like.  Hopefully you will get some better idea as members reply. (i'm looking forward to some suggestions too)  :waving;

is  there  a  chance  that  the  scales  could  be  broken,this  past  monday  i  went  in  and  the  scales  said  i  lost  3  kilos  under  my  ibw,impossible let  alone  after  the  weekend.
stay  away  from  food(pasta,rice)  etc  that  absorb  water  when  cooking ,  cause  they  release  the  water  when  the  food  is  going  through  the  stomach :thumbup;

The same thing happened to me! I went in yesterday which is a Friday, and the scales said I gained almost 4 kilos! I never have gained that much in one day, and I was in shock lol. I was like no that is impossible!! I think my urine output may be slowing down some, or maybe I ate or drank more than I realized, but it sure is frustrating .
