My best friend has published several photo books on Lulu.com.  It's a self publishing site that will also sell your book for you if you wish.  It's free to use, and you can also buy an ISBN number for your book if you wish to sell through online book stores like Amazon

I'm currently working on a novel that I intend to publish in this way.

You could publish them on the internet with your own website or on face book

Best not to wait for the whole book, from what I hear - why not look for mags and publications that take individual pieces?  Good way to get noticed.  Also, there's a book called Writer's Market that's updated yearly.  Check your local library.

"Asbestos Gelos"  (As-bes-tos yay-lohs) Greek. Literally, "fireproof laughter".  A term used by Homer for invincible laughter in the face of death and mortality.

Riki, it is very interesting what you write.

Could you please tell me how one can secure one’s own copyright on the Internet
and how to go about to buy an ISBN-number ? Does it cost a lot ?

Thanks from Kristina.

I've never actually done it, so I don't know the price.  My friend didn't get the ISBN number, so her books are sold on Lulu.com only

There are sites where you can get copyrights as well.  I know that my friend has copy-written  all her tweets and facebook status updates
