In case some use web only to stay in touch with the Dialysis_Support listsev I wanted to pass on the sad news of Dale's death yesterday. Because the listserv was moderated and no one knows the password the D_S community can not communicate through yahoo. There's a temporary spot on the LIFE OPTIONS MESSAGE BOARDS: "Dialysis_Support Listserv Discussion" (http://www.lifeoptions.org/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=32). Or, just go to http://www.lifeoptions.org, choose "Enter Our Message Boards" and look for it.

I am not familiar with him or the site, but this type of news is always sad to hear.

RIP.  :angel;

I've posted on and read Dale's message board for years now.  I consider him one of the pioneers for better patient care; he was very involved in Arizona's quest for dialysis tech certification for one thing.  I was supposed to talk to him the Friday before last for some tips, but he didn't get a chance to call.  I've got nothing but admiration for him.  I pray for strength for his family during this time.

I've been on Dales group since 1997.  What a tremendous loss to our dialysis community.  Dale fought the good fight like Epoman did and I;m privileged to have known both of these hero's.
