Early this morning, the UPS truck pulled up to the house and the driver gave me a couple of box's of cartridges bundled together, shipped 2nd day air (read that as lots of cost) , prominently displayed on the side of the box was a Recall Notice in bright yellow, in the side package was a letter explaining that as Black delineated in his post, was a long list of lot numbered cartridges that were being recalled and the 2 cases I received were insurance that we would not run out of "good" ones. The problem was that on close inspection, the 2 box's they sent me were 7067714's, the packing list called for 7077714's, someone in the warehouse sure wasn't on the ball, I had a full case of 7067709's that had been giving me problems with leaking that I was holding in case of dire emergencies, so called tech support and the poor guy I talked with was totally embarrassed and apologetic over the error, he told me to just throw all 3 cases in the garbage. Not really sure how they will handle this, will talk to them tomorrow maybe........

Whoops!

Hope the other cartridges aren't too horrible to use!

I received mine at 4 pm today. Only the carts I received as replacements are from a good lot.

Got my new cassettes today at 4:00 also.  I had leak problems with last month's shipment.  It is my understanding the plastic on the plastic bag on the back of the cassettes were too thin, causing a leak issue.

I received mine too, and one of the NEW ONES LEAKED!  Lot 7077714.  I called NXSTAGE and they even called me back 2x to verify the cartidge # ( like I can't read it correctly the first or even second time?).  Think they can't believe it is still happening.  I can see the leak is in the middle verticle tubes.  I only have one other case that seems to be from a good lot.

7077714's leak?  oh lovely - that's what they sent me for replacements, too.  I knew I was gonna regret pitching the ones they recalled that I hadn't really had any problems with. . . .
