We decided today we are going to take a drive (YAY ROAD TRIP)  :yahoo;  We are going to drive up North to go visit some cousins for the day (and eat at Kosmo's) the bestest Steak Sammiches EVER!!!   :bow;

Today and tomorrow here, they have a Labor day picnic at the local park. Being Monday is dialysis we will head up there today. They have a mini - circus, food and your basic carnival rides and a huge flea market. Last big fling for the summer.

Waiting on the 100,000+ tourists who will be herding through Mackinaw City for the big 50th Anniversary Bridge Walk.  They won't all be coming thru the gift shop, but by closing time, it will feel like it!

Susie and Tubes?? Susie, I thought we were leaving for UK this weekend.
Well I guess I'll just hang around here then.  ;D



My kids entered somethings in the county fair so I might go up to check out their ribbons.
I heard my 7 year old won first place for her watermelon she grew with her Dad's help. My 12 year old won first place for a photo she entered. My 16 year old won a second place for a photo too.
I guess my zuchinini and tomatoes didn't win. THis is the first time we entered anything. We did it for fun. :)
