Tonight there was an explosion in the mine where they are
searching for the 6 trapped miners and some of the rescue searchers
were injured, maybe 9 of them.  how sad.

My nephew who graduated from WVU with an engineering degree is currently working for the WV government mining safety commision so he's always in those mines.  I always say a prayer for him he gets out safely.  He says it's claustrophobic in those mines and it's like another world.  He wants to try to make miners safe while theybdo their jobs so he's doing a lot of studies in that area.  I'm very proud of him!!
