Thanks for sharing! A lot of places will not let the donor and recipient be anywhere near each other post surgery. They want each person to concentrate on their own recovery. It must have been nice.Good luck to you both.Cora

Thanks for your story. I'm a bit worried about my dad (my donor to-be) though, now that you say how much pain you were in after the op. Still, it's a short term hassle for hopefully long term benefit.
