Today was better! No black out feeling and no cramps! I know every day can't be perfect but today felt pretty good. :grouphug;

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.
I was his care-partner for home hemodialysis using Nxstage December 2013-July 2016.
He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.

This is two times I did not have the cramps or blackouts. :) I have been trying to watch my fluids and my weight is always pretty close to the same. How are you doing?  :cheer:

I usually am close to my dry weight as well. To stop thirst I usually have some tea in the morning. The caffeine in the tea stops the thirst completely it crazy. Also now that its warmer outside the AC is on so I wear a short sleeve shirt around the house. What it does it  when im feeling cold my thirst stops. Also limiting SALT is the biggest one. You seem to already be doing a great job so im guessing you dont eat much salt!

I try to be a very good girl when it comes to salt. I don't add it to food and higher salted items I try to avoid. I found Tropical Grille has a some good choices! :) :flower;
