Welcome to IHD Joanna!

If you haven't already, Google 'Renal Diet' and have a serious talk with your Girls about reducing the kidney load in order to prolong their function.   This is especially important to those not yet on Dialysis as it can greatly extend their time before needing treatments.

Hello Joanna welcome to the site.

If you had posted a year ago I would have known little about your home country apart from where it is located, that its inhabitants hate being mistaken for Australians, and that scientists are split over whether it is a continent in its own right or part of the same continent as Australia. But now we get The Brokenwood Mysteries on our TV, so I'm thinking I know a little more about your country than I did before. :)
