Zika virus post tx?

Hi guys. I know most of u live in America and just wondered what your advice has been regarding zika? We plan to come back to America in the next couple of years but my sister in law who is also on immuno suppressants has been told she can't go anywhere with risk of zika infection. My consultant said nothing to me about this at all. I have a suspicion it might be more to do with the fact they r trying for a baby but just wondered what you have all been advised as it looks like it is set to spread through America? Xx
