Has anyone had any bad experiences in the DaVita centers in silver Spring Maryland.  My Dialysis nurse has recommened me for three of these centers and I am a little bit leary about them right now as they are in some questionable areas

No but I live in Virginia fairly close.  Silver Spring is fairly high end these days.  What are the center names/addresses?  And would you access the centers on foot or via a vehicle?

I would have zero concerns walking from the metro station to this center:
DaVita Silver Spring Dialysis
8040 Georgia Ave Ste 150, Silver Spring, MD 20910

No issues with this one as well:
DaVita Selim Downtown Dialysis
Fenton St #238, Silver Spring, MD 20910

I'd look at their scores here and pick one that has the higher ratings:
https://data.medicare.gov/data/dialysis-facility-compare

The DaVita Silver Spring Dialysis is four star so that looks fine...

Hi AG.   I don't know anything about Maryland but I would recommend the you call the social worker and ask if you can visit the center and meet with one of the charge nurses and other team members to get a feel for a better feel for your best fit.   Also, is your physician affiliated with all three centers you are considering?
