I've always been the first to admit that I haven't a clue how the female mind works.  Historically whenever the Wife made the statement "My bra stap is killing me."  Like most all men I'd just roll my eyes and continue on my way.

Being on PD and having this strap around my chest all day, in the mid-Missouri heat and humidity, I am now understanding more what she meant.  It feels GOOD to take this thing off so I can get hooked up to my Cycler.

I can't say that I'll never roll my eyes at something else she says, she's a woman, I'm a guy.  We'll never really understand how each other thinks.

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.

He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.

Lucky me  :bandance;  I tuck my catheter into my bra to keep it contained.  I know what you mean about the belts.  Check this place out for their tees it might be something you may like to have,   http://www.carriagehouse-enterprises.com/

I prefer 'pocket' T's.

My cath comes out right behind the area of the pocket on a pocket T-shirt.

A couple of my shirts I have cut a i/2 inch slot in the backside of the pocket, just enough I can poke the cath through and curl it up in the pocket.

Comfortable ALL day with NO band or strap around me!
