Does anyone have suggestions on pain management techniques when traveling? I have a lot of back issues. My first back surgery was in 2013, a laminectomy and microdiscectomy for a bone spur and herniated disc. In February, I had an xlift fusion at L3-4. The disc I had had surgery on before was coplapsing and causing instability in my spine.
I am going to Boston next Friday to visit a friend, and my husband is adamant about driving. I still take pain medicine and a muscle relaxer at night and have a TENs unit. I figure pillows and IcyHot is a must, but does anyone else here have any good pain tips?
