Received a shipment today and they sent me the wrong saks, then they argued with me on the phone , insisting that I have been getting 302's all along.  ( I USE 405's and I have been since the beginning).
They also keep sending me random huge freaking boxes of FROZEN express bags, and I don't even need expresss bags!!  I have spoken to so many people at customer service and no one has a clue.  My nurse has also tried to speak to them.

I really can't take them anymore, but what choice do I have???
So frustrated and disgusted. :thumbdown;

Sorry you're going through so much trouble. Doesn't sound normal for NxStage but then again, my husband and I have only been using them for a year (with little to no trouble tho).  I'd definitely have your nurse or Neph look further into this. Maybe your Neph changed your prescription. NxStage should have that in their records. My husband had been using SAK 302's when suddenly SAK 402's were being delivered. We were stumped. Called NxStage and they said the Neph ordered the new S cycler and SAK 402's that are used with it. But..also come to find out, tech support told us that 302's are the same as 402's (same ingredients) except that the 402's can be used at higher rates/volumes on the new S cycler (altho we do not go at higher rates/volumes).

As for the frozen bags of dialysate, NxStage sent us a letter saying the frozen bags are safe to use. Maybe NxStage has it in their records that the bags you had in your inventory are about to expire and they wanted to replace them. From what we've been told, the Neph always wants us to have at least one week's worth of bags in case our Pureflow machine breaks down. NxStage knows we use the SAK's but sometimes when I call in the monthly order, they ask how many bags we have in our inventory and for the expiration dates on them.

Husband had ESRD with Type I Diabetes -Insulin Dependent.
I was his care-partner for home hemodialysis using Nxstage December 2013-July 2016.
He went back to doing in-center July 2016.
After more than 150 days of being hospitalized with complications from Diabetes, my beloved husband's heart stopped and he passed away 06-08-21. He was only 63.
