HI TO ALL I SAW THE DOC TODAY AND SHE SAID THEY ARE NOW STARTING TO DO MY WORK UP FOR THE TRANSPLANT WOW I WAS NEARLY CRYING I KNOW ITS STILL A WAY OF BUT ITS A START MY WEIGHT IS NOW AT 89.60 KILOS FROM 111 KILOS BEEN A HARD 3 YEARS GOING TO THE GYM 4 DAYS A WEEK ANYWAY JUST THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOUS KNOW AS YOU ALL HAVE HELPED ME IN THE PAST AND SURE YOUS WILL HELP ME IN THE FUTURE I DO HOPE YOUS ARE ALL WELL HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL ENJOY IT SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS :waving;
