How to help Ihatedialysis.com

I know there are members of iHD.com that are wondering how can I help this site? If we want the site to grow and remain number one on google we need our members.
Here are some ways:

1. Welcome our new members on the introduction page.

2. Post, post, post.   The more conversations we have going the more interesting our site becomes to new and old members.

3. Talk about IHD.com with friends and family and strangers.  I have met people who are on dialysis or have a relative and I tell them about IHD.com.

4. Think about becoming a site moderator. Volunteer with a pm to the admin.

5. Use our sister site on Facebook, but remember to come to the forums regularly, too.

6. If you see anything questionable on the forum please report it to the admin.
