us and fam easter 2013

« on: July 16, 2014, 03:19:17 PM »

IMunch as asked me to share that her beloved John passed away in their home a week ago today.  She is so awfully sad and misses him terrably, hear heart is broken.  In our talk, she said that  it's been TEN years of doing his dialysis at home!! This lady has given her all, and loved him so.  I know her faith will get her through this, but i  know too that its a hard road and any prayers will be well accepted.  She no longer has internet but has asked me to come and let all you lovely people, friends, supporters know this as as she loved this board and wants to thank you all again for the bountiful support you have given in all these years, and to once again, compliment how wonderfully it is taken care of and the compassion of those here.  It's been a ride for sure,, and there has been no other like IHD :)  Thanks from the both of us...

Oh, such sad news. LMunchkin certainly did her part to fight kidney disease to the very last. Thanks for being there for her, boswife. Please pass along my condolences and sincere hope that she finds peace with this one day soon.

This is truly upsetting news.  lmunchkin is something of a hero of mine, and I am saddened at her loss.  Boswife, please tell her that I miss her and hope she finds peace.  Rest in God's hands, John.

It breaks my heart to hear this. She devoted everything she had to John. I know that they were both children of God and that should help her with the pain of her loss. Bos tell her that I had been thinking of her and will lift her up in my prayers daily.     :'(

Dailysis patient for since 1999 and still kicking it strong.  I was called for a transplant but could not get it due to damage veins from extremely high blood pressure.  Have it under control now, on NxStage System but will receive dailysis for the rest of my life.  Does life sucks because of this.  ABOLUTELY NOT!  Life is what you make it good, bad, sick, or healthy.  Praise God I'm still functioning as a normal person just have to take extra steps.
