Great day to be alive and thankful

« on: March 16, 2014, 04:14:37 PM »

Hello Everyone , I couldn't find a exercise section so I'm posting here . I want to go and play golf and I don't mean miniature golf

so I was wondering will this harm my catheter , swinging back and forth for 18 holes  :Kit n Stik;

Thank You

I can't see where it would cause you a problem. I worked out with mine almost every day for 2 years and never had a problem. I'd ask my Neph and see what they said.

There's some good info here.  http://ihatedialysis.com/forum/index.php?topic=415.0

I agree, ask doc, but generally after everything is healed up, you should be good to go.

Thanks I play golf today , I haven't play in years , I turn a 18 hole course into 36 by the time i was done , i saw more trees and bushes , but i had fun :)

I think ill do some bike riding , I was always worried about my catheter shifting , and causing some unforeseen problem.
