Hello Tim,

I have just read your introduction and I am very sorry about your situation...

Unfortunately it may be very difficult to get people together to change
terrible health systems and/or the abuse of vulnerable and frail patients because :

1) Patients with kidney issues are often too exhausted because of their dialysis and/or other health issues
and don’t feel physically strong enough anymore to use their ellbows and fight ...

2) ESRF patients often feel they have to compromise to have a chance to survive  ...
... let's not forget that many people are prepared to do almost anything to survive...

3) ... many healthy people are convinced that kidney failure would never ever happen to them...
... and so they are not really interested because it does not affect them...

4) ... another obstacle is the fact that dialysis and/or transplants have become a growing industry world wide...

(... been there, seen it & realized I was fighting on my own for better (NHS) health services ... and I am not on dialysis... not yet anyway...)

Bach was no pioneer; his style was not influenced by any past or contemporary century.
He was completion and fulfillment in itself, like a meteor which follows its own path.
