So, I'm a kind of sporadic cook. I like to mix and match things and hope they come out good. (What?! A sixteen year old who cooks?!)

So, I want to share with you a recipe for quazi-renal friendly Chicken Wraps that require very little effort. I'm sorry, I can't really give exact amounts of Phos & Potassium, but you can imagine it's rather low.

The Ingredients

1. Fajita Chicken (or chicken breasts with a fajita mix packet)
2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
3. Sea Salt
3. Cracked Black Pepper
4. Steak Seasoning
5. Dried Parsley
6. Sour Cream
7. Cream Cheese
8. Tortilla Shells

Cooking the Chicken

Melt the 2tbsp of butter in a pan. Place the chicken and fajita mix in and stir around to coat the chicken evenly.

Allow to cook throughly.

Simple enough, right?!

The Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine 'equalish' parts cream cheese and sour cream and mix until smooth. (I say equalish because you decide. Do you like sour cream more or do you like cream cheese more. Also the amount depends on how much chicken you have). Combine with that the steak seasoning (a couple pinches), some sea salt, cracked black pepper and some dried parsley.

The Preparation

On a cold tortilla shell, spread the dairy mixture on the shell leaving a 1/4 inch border or so. Place the (preferably cold) chicken in the middle. Fold it like a burrito.

You could add lettuce or arugula if you like!

These came out amazing for me. When I made mine, I got about 5 wraps out of 3 breasts and 1 thing of sour cream and one 8 oz package of cream cheese.

Next time I'll include picture in my recipes! XD I ate them all before I could get pictures.

Those sound quite tasty!!  :flower; Its good that you cook, my Momma always said a man who can cook isn't dependant on someone else to do it for him.
