Will PKD cysts burts if using airtravel?

I have PKD (at last measurement kidneys were 29 and 31 cm)  I have over 900,000 Frequent flyer miles (I hope to hit 1,000,000 in 2013), and have never had a cyst burst around the time of flying. 

But I have had cysts burst:

After back massage
After three day eventing in Ireland (lots of riding and jumping)
And they have painfully burst at times when I have no idea why.

Just flew last November, USVI.  I did not have any issues.  Have the usual general discomfort, thats about all.
