I think epokid meant do you like the musicals (plays) the kids put on. My daughter, since 1st grade had been in at least 1 a year, and they put lots of effort into those plays. Last year, the last musical was called "inside out", about how kids should feel about themselves, and how to treat other people, I liked that musical lots. Sadly, shes gone into the 7th grade now, and the kids don't do those plays or musicals anymore, sad end to an era. Going to miss them dearly...Enjoy those while you can epokid, mom and dad too!

No, he means this http://psc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/originalmovies/highschoolmusical/ It's very popular with some kids right now. They are even making a sequel. I've watched it and it really isn't that bad. Some people call it a modern day "Grease" Here is another link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0475293/

Here is a video clip of one of the numbers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9YCYayPEP8 watch the whole clip it's rather good.

Love it! Good one to watch with the family. One of the stars is on "Dancing with the Stars" this season and she is really good.

I watched it with my cousin's daughters, they loved it.  It was kind of like a modern day "Grease", like Epoman said. The girl who played Sharpay was pretty funny.  I went to school with a girl that was just like her.

Your kids might like this link:

It's a quiz that tells them which HSM character they're the most like.

I know quite a few songs off of that album.  My daughter has bought them off itunes, and I get to listen to them daily. Very cute movie.

The touring production is coming here in April and we have our tickets.  My 5 yr old and 3 yr old grands are going, too. They know all the songs and the 3 year old can do all the cheers.  I think I read that Epoman is taking Epokid. We will have to compare notes!

High School musical is big in my family.  My daughter and her cousins LOVE it.  It's actually a pretty good family movie.  It's really wholesome and the music is catchy.  I may buy her the CD for her birthday.

Have fun Epoman!  It will be worth every cent just to see your son's face.  Best part of being a parent is doing something special with them. Hope you have a great time.
