Are there any phone apps to help with keeping records?

I don't know maybe I'm the only person that would thinks it's helpful. But I was wondering whether there are any applications or other programs you can have on your phone to help keep track of PD manual or cycler exchanges? Ed does atleast 1 exchange at work and has the cycler at home, since he also has his phone I figured if he could keep track on his phone maybe he would keep track better. I know once I start if it was on the phone it would be easier for me.

I haven't seen an app for that  My center gives me a log to track all of my exchanges/BP/weight daily. They make copies of the log pages every time I go in for labs.

Joe,Ed's center hands out logs to keep track those and for PD. I was just hoping there was a electronic way of doing it. I hate extra paper, Ed isn't that good at keep track of paper.

I made my own flowcharts using a spreadsheet program and keep track of my data on my computer and iPad.  My information is always available and when my nurse wants a copy, I send it via e-mail (or it can be printed as well).

Perhaps you can find an app which displays spreadsheets on a phone (or something similar).

If he has an iPhone he could use Numbers (Apples version of Excel) and track it that way.
