He is the love of my life......

« on: March 15, 2007, 08:49:55 PM »

Hello friends of IHD,
    I am sure by now you have all seen the new Admin. that goes by the name of "Rossman."   He is a friend of Epoman's that helped Epoman out with this site and some of the others that Epoman was working on as well.  He just learned of Epoman's passing a couple of days ago when Trina notified him via email.  He too is in much disbelief.    After scoping him out (ok, had a lengthy conversation with him and Trina) :P   I knew he was legit (cuz Trina said so) ;)   and after my conversation with the two of them, i had a one on one conversation with him and found out he truly is an awesome guy, i can see why Epoman looked to him for assistance.   He will be maintaining all the "behind the scenes" and the Admin's. and the Moderators will continue moderating just as Epoman would have wanted them to.
    Please everyone, come join us in welcoming our Newest Admin. to IHD.  In the little bit of time i have known him, i have been comforted on the future of the site due to the fact that he knew Epoman's plan's, his dreams and his expectations.

Thank you,
Goofynina/Admin.

It was nice to talk to you the other day and know who you were.

well hello there rossMAN, I've seen you around and had heard you were a new administrator, i certainly thank goofynina for finally introducing you... a friend of Epo's is a friend of mine i got to know the big guy very well by him coming to chat when he was on, i can only hope you will grace us with your presence on chat once in a while...did i mention you can come to CHAT??? chat is very important to us, also CHAT makes us feel more closer to each other, and we really miss Epoman.

Again  :welcomesign; to IHD you should read some of epo's posts, they were hilarious, informative and sometimes irreverent, he didn't hesitate to ban someone who was detrimental to the site and always kept us informed of everything happening in this site, but I'm sure goofynina and sluff have already filled you in on all the details....sooo

cheers, :beer1;

Welcome and it's good to have you on board.  I'm glad that someone close to Epoman that was helping him fulfill his ideas for this site is taking the time to step up and help out after Epo's passing.  Though no one can truly fill his shoes you have a lot ahead of you, and we thank you.

There is no higher recommendation than having been trusted by Epoman, so you receive a hearty "Welcome to the IHD family!" :welcomesign;

We were gone most of Feb and Mar and I just found this thread.  Hello, RossMAN, please accept my belated  :welcomesign; .

I can't imagine a greater calling than helping carry forward what Bill started - saving lives and adding quality of life to every day.  We depend on this site so much for information, support and the unvarnished truth, and are so very grateful for your help.
